1. Nature of Digital Assets & Eligible Defects
Because digital assets (SVG vector files, PNGs, Favicon ZIPs) are delivered instantaneously upon payment completion, refunds are governed by verified technical performance. Eligible technical refund grounds include:
- Corrupted SVG path data that fails W3C vector validation or fails to open in standard software (Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Inkscape).

2. Ineligible Refund Grounds
Refunds are not granted in the following scenarios:
