Commercial Use License & Trademark Usage Notice

1. Perpetual Commercial Grant of Rights

Subject to the terms herein, LogoGenerator.in hereby grants the user a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free license to reproduce, publicly display, manufacture, distribute, and commercially exploit the finalized logo composition across any physical or digital medium now known or hereafter devised.

• Print on physical storefront signboards, acrylic boards, 3D channel letters, and roadside flex hoardings.
• Manufacture commercial product packaging, bottles, cartons, hang-tags, and shipping boxes.
• Display on corporate websites, mobile apps, social media, and YouTube channels.
• Screen-print on apparel, uniforms, and corporate merchandise.

2. Right to File for Trademark Registration (Form TM-A)

The user is explicitly authorized to file the finalized graphical device mark with the Trade Marks Registry of India (CGPDTM) under Form TM-A, or any corresponding international intellectual property office (such as the USPTO, UK IPO, or WIPO Madrid Protocol). Our Pro Kit SVG vector format is specifically designed for trademark examiner submissions.

4. Open-Source Typography Attribution

Individual font letterforms and typography glyphs originate from recognized open-source type foundries licensed under the SIL Open Font License (OFL) or Apache 2.0 license. The user owns full commercial exploitation rights to the combined composite mark, but standard alphabetical font glyphs remain public open-source property.

5. Prohibited Uses & Resale Restrictions

• No Stock Clipart Resale: You cannot resell the raw vector SVG files, icon assets, or templates on digital asset marketplaces (Envato, Freepik, Etsy, Shutterstock).
• No Engine Reverse-Engineering: You cannot decompile, scrape, or extract our icon datasets or algorithms to build a competing online logo generator.
• No Unlawful Marks: You cannot generate marks infringing established third-party trademarks or violating the Emblems and Names (Prevention of Improper Use) Act, 1950.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, LogoGenerator.in shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages—including loss of profits, advertising expenditure, printing costs, or trademark opposition expenses. Our total aggregate liability for any cause of action shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the specific digital asset (capped at ₹499 INR).

7. User Indemnification

The user agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LogoGenerator.in and its operators against any third-party claims, damages, or legal costs arising from the user's commercial use of the logo, breach of these terms, or unauthorized use of third-party intellectual property.

8. Governing Law & Exclusive Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
